Last two visit my wait was over one hour. I watched people come in after me and get in before me. Very frustrating. Especially me getting her 10 minutes early. I’m here again because my wait was way toO long last time and they were closing. 😡 i already hate dental work as it is. Especially when everyone I come here they say I need something done.

We have been coming to Salin Dentistry for years. This is the second time we left feeling very dissatisfied and disappointed. I do not feel that the hygienist working with my daughter was as kind as she could have been. When a minor is alone with an adult, it would be appreciated that a parent be allowed in the room to answer questions and ensure there is mutual respect and not a condescending nature that leaves a child frustrated and upset. The only thing professional about this “appointment” was front and back office staff. Thank you ladies for trying to respect and help me while the doctor clearly had decided my issues weren’t worth his time.

everyone was dong their job effectively.I didn"t have to wait long and soon I was called to have a teeth cleaning.

I had a permanent cap put on, the next morning I was brushing my teeth and it fell off. I called to see if I could come in and have it glued back on, I was told yes come in and I would be worked in. I came in and waited for about 45mins to a hour I had to leave my cap was not regluded. I understand I was there without a appointment, however because the work from the previous day had failed I ( or anyone else) should be moved to the front of the line. I give two stars only because the wait time was very short. My issue was I had to use the restroom and missed my name being called and when I came back I waited a few minutes and over heard the lady telling another lady that I should know better that my appointment was at 420 and should be on time after the lady told her I went to the restroom. And trying to get an appointment was ridiculous before 6 months I was told to call back everyday since I couldn't do a certain time and day. I don't believe my family will go back... read more

I thought the assistant that worked with Dr. Salin was extremely unprofessional. She became angry with me when I tried to explain to her that I was on a budget and needed to cut any unnecessary costs. After our conversation, she goes and complains to Dr. Salin, and the accounting person, and both of them come into the examination room angry. The accounting person shoved papers into my face and had me sign them before any examination would occur. Dr. Salin was rude, and treated me with little respect, and the tasks perform... read more

My first visit was great, the doctor introduced himself, took time to ask and answer questions and explained everything. Unfortunately my second visit was not good. I saw a different doctor. He came into numb me, for my procedure then left the room. He did not explain what would be done, the tech did that. Then the doctor came back to start the procedure.
