We had a terrific dinner with new friends from away. Our server was very friendly and knowledgeable, the food was outstanding, and we were made to feel like old friends to the restaurant. We had not been to Saltlik for a while, but we will be back soon. Thanks for a wonderful evening.
I went to Saltlik with a business colleague for a 2 hour business lunch meeting from 11 to 1 pm. The service was perfect allowing us to have our business meeting from 11- 12. The lunch quality and service was excellent. Especially enjoyed the surf and turf special :)
Great steak house with excellent sirloin, the best house sold featuring roasted corn and a perfect loaded baked potato. The restaurant is located in a beautiful old bank building in a very accessible area on Stephen Avenue Walk in central Calgary. Desserts were exceptional.
I enjoyed the laid back but yet classy ambience at Saltlik. The food was prepared well and had immense flavour. Definitely a great steakhouse. Service was quick and our server Kristi, was incredibly friendly! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a friends night out, family dinner or a date with a loved one.
Pretty much a constant. Know what you are walking into/getting.
Excellent service overall. Food was very good and drink specials excellent and well priced. One steak was too rare and one food item had bacon which was to be removed due to a food allergy. This was quickly corrected. Overall ambiance and energy was great. Would recommend and return.
The coconut prawns starter is one of the best starters I have ever eaten and would have been happy to eatake another one as my main. Steaks were very nice and staff were friendly. Well worth a visit

We enjoyed our meal and the service was good. However, we felt that given the price of the entrees, at least one vegetable should have been included free of charge on the plate. As well, the choice of sides was limited. Only a baked potato was included with the steak. No alternative choices such as fries, mashed potatoes or even a salad were even listed.
