Overpriced for the food quality and overall dining experience. I don't mind paying for good food but I dont like paying high prices for average food. The Saltlik is not in the same league as other downtown Calgary resturants.
We had the most incredible meal at Saltlik and made a beautiful memory while enduring a difficult time in our lives. The food was better than we even thought it could be especially the tempura shrimp and beef tenderloin. The wine was also amazing and our beautiful server Gigi went out of her way to make us feel special. Because of how amazing our food and service was, I hope the restaurant can invest in some maintenance of the location. Food was excellent and service was very good. Restaurant was a bit noisy, a few large groups having a great time. If only Two of you , request a table in bar area or outside to be sure you can hear each other.

Server was pleasant and helpful. Food was quick and amazing. This little gem is worth the visit because they take pride in their business and have fresh amazing tasting food. Biscuit appetizer was fresh and warm. Pasta was super tasty.
