Food good steak slightly overdone...but when I pushed down on the steak saw some blood so was ok..broccoli out of this world...cheese toast excellent..apple pie delicious...baked potatoe good get it with the garlic butter!!!
The food and service was great and i would recommend it for a date or a group get together.
I went to Saltlik with a friend before theatre. It had been quite a while since I last ate here and I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of the menu. I had remembered it being mostly beef with all sides a la carte. I had the hunter chicken and she had the truffle pasta and meatball special and they were both very delicious. Overall it was a nice evening. Meal was very good, but very expensive. The server was not terribly attentive, though it was busy and he may have too many tables.

My wife and I really enjoyed our dinner at Saltlik. We had dinner before going to the Philharmonic. We plan to visit Saltlik when we are next looking for a restaurant downtown.
Saltlik doesn't disappoint in any department. The service, ambiance, central location and excellent food (especially the steaks!) make it a go to place for us.
1 of 3 side salads didn't have any beets or tomatoes; more care in plating needed. 1 filet ordered medium rare came rare. Strip loin ordered with peppercorn sauce; while strip loin itself was good quality, peppercorn sauce was too salty and very thin. Affected overall taste of the otherwise good steak. Service was good.
