I had brought 5 colleagues from out of town as usually can depend on this restaurant for good service and good food. Had a bit of a letdown this time. The service was very painfully slow - we were there for 3 plus hours and most of it was spend waiting: 10 minutes to get the wine glass and at least another 10 to actually get the wine, 45 minutes between starter and main, more than 20 minutes to get the desserts. I heard good things about this restaurant. I have walked by it several times always saying I should try it. I got the table I requested. I was very happy with the whole experience as was our whole party. Food was excellent, presented beautifully and prepared as requested. Staff and service was good, but on the slow side. The waitress was REALLY weird but the food was good and was served quickly!
Saltlik was a great place to come for dinner before an evening of theatre. The hostess was able to meet our tight deadline and the food was excellent. We will be returning for the good food, the relaxed ambiance, and the great service.
