Inventory in the drum department was poor. No associates to ask, as he was on a phone sale for 20 minutes. I ended up getting what I needed at Guitar Center.
I was able to find the item I needed but in the process I noticed how attentive the sales staff seemed to be and how informed they were about product knowledge.
