Nothing it was a fine experience
I enjoyed the whole experience. Everyone was helpful, and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need or want. I would recommend you guy's to everyone.
Have more sale items
Was assisted by Josh Wyatt who was friendly, relatable, offered great advice about vocal mics, and ultimately pointed us in the direction of an amazing new one we bought. You could hear paper crinkle feet away with it. It was revelatory.
The store should have more options for string instrument bows
Sam Ash is generally better than its competitor at appearing welcoming and helpful to its customers. Still, I can't help but feel that I haven't reached the age of getting full respect from music store employees. Yes, there are days I may come in just for strings and I experiment with things I see online, but on the days that I come in ready to drop a few hundred dollars, I want the store employees to be up and ready to answer my questions and offer help.
