Excellent customer service I purchased a violin a few weeks back the guy that helped me in the cherry hill store was knowledgeable and patient. I came back with a broken string and to buy a book and he was just as welcoming. The only thing I can say is the prices are a little high but for a quality instrument I guess that can't be avoided.

I was there yesterday (Cherry Hill/NJ store) and it was all very good !! They have a great boy, his name Daniel, wow he is very good at what he does, very hardworking and attentive, has great technical knowledge and likes what he does !! Congratulations, God bless you all.
Always a pleasure! I traded in a couple of fx peddles that I don't use anymore. I was pleasantly surprised as to what they gave me for them. I used the trade in credit on some other things that I needed and left the store a very happy camper.

Pete, your sales rep in the cherry hill store should get a raise!! Now!! How can anyone so Young know so much about so many diverse musician needs is beyond me. I walked in that store to buy one microphone stand left with three. I can’t tell you the last time I left a store without buyers remorse. I would love to give the store five stars, but their microphone clip selection was limited. Sam Ash Cherry Hill is like hanging at a cousins house where music is the glue that keeps the family together. The staff is not pushy and learned in their craft. You will not go wrong paying them a visit and making your purchase.
Very personable.. very polite. Can not believe how helpful the staff is. Would recommend them to anyone.
