Was working with Corey in guitars on a trade - when I finally made it into the store to do the trade, he was out sick (damn flu!!) but he still worked from home (via texting) with me and the in-store sales rep to complete the trade and I walked out with a new FIshman Loudbox to boot. Great job all around guys!

Although the Point of Sale system appears to be lacking as the associates struggled through the system, the staff was able to track down the item I needed at another shop and get it in for me in a few days.
