RecommendedCherry Hill Store - Rick did an awesome job giving my bass a once over with new strings, cleaning fretboard, making sure all the electronics were good and setting the action even better than I thought it could be done. Best service I've received from a 'big box' music store. The staff is friendly and helpful..I've had really good experiences buying gear at the Cherry Hill, NJ location. In particular, Corey in guitars, went oit out of his way to help me get the guitar I really wanted and make sure it was set up well for me..Sam Ash is a music store I trust.

Just a little over a month ago, i went to this store looking for a brand new bass guitar, cause im thinking to start playing bass. The guy ( i cant remember his name) was very friendly and treated me with curtesy and answered all my questions. When i finally decidednto get the bass, a different guy, i believe the last name was Schain, attended me very curteous and very friendly and knew what he was doing.
