Great guitar tech Michael, helped us out. Guitar case was defective from Gibson and got us a case that worked. Michael is the greatest.

I am always impressed with the service that I receive at all 3 Sam Ash stores where I have shopped for the last 40 years or so. I had an instance where my daughter dropped her IPhone into the f hole of her cello. 4 associates at the Springfield NJ store spent nearly an hour getting it out for us. Most helpful of all was a young associate called Dan who was the person who worked longest, hardest, and most creatively to address what I saw as a hopeless situation.
