Your competition across the street could learn a thing or two about customer service. No one there to help, asked twice for help and spent 20 minutes waiting. Walked out the door and across the street to Sam Ash in Springfield, NJ. Great experience, I was greeted and directed to the percussion section right away where a young lad, Simon, helped us pick out a great drum set for my son. He answered all my questions, wasn't pushy but offered options. Inside of 20 minutes we were done and he personally loaded it in my car!... read more
