This Sam Ash store has incredibly helpful and knowledgeable staff. The luthier is very skilled, and I've been coming here for six years to get my guitars cared for. The salespeople are helpful in all of the departments (I run a small synagogue school band, so I'm in there for sound equipment, bits and bobs, and advice all the time). They've even steered me away from more expensive purchases that I don't need - towards an item that makes more sense for my budget, lol. I have shopped At Sam Ash more years than I care to mention and I always found the most experienced and friendly staff. I love a place that knows your name when you walk in the door. If they don't know something they find it out for you and follow through! Great Job!
