I I have never had a bad experience at Sam Ash Music from purchasing My Guitar to taking it in and having it serviced. they are an excellent company. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone . last time I dropped my guitar off for service, I ended up going to the hospital that day and I couldn't get back to get my guitar for a while. they still had it sitting there ready to go. these guys are great. thank you Sam Ash Music.
The staff is extremely helpful and great at isolating any problems or concerns that I have had about my guitars. They have also been able to find the exact product I was looking for with minimal description.
