I have been looking for the "right" Taylor guitar for my needs and I found her at Sam Ash. My red, 214 CE Deluxe Grand Auditorium is found exclusively at Sam Ash. I was also impressed with the store itself and Dennis, the young man who assisted me, was superb! Great customer service...great store vibe. I agree that Sam Ash is better than Guitar Center...hands down.
I had actually stopped off to purchase some guitar supplies, and later found I was able to attend the workshop, conducted by Muriel Anderson and William Eaton. The workshop was outstanding. I've always had positive experiences at Sam Ash.
5.0 star rating 12/25/2018 Wes is the best. I walked in the store on Christmas Eve with a crappy piece of mixer equipment for my home karaoke system. Wes listened patiently as I (tried) to explain the problems I was having with sound/feedback/cluelessness. I ended up buying a new piece of equipment. Wes helped me "build" my setup right there in the store.
