My experience was great. My associate was friendly, helpful, and we had fun talking gear. There was only one issue that put a significant damper on my experience. The computers had an issue processing my transaction, which lead to having to bring a manager over to assist. This then lead to me having to be charged again for my purchase. I understand that only one of these charges will go through, BUT when things like this transaction issue happen it affects customers livelihood.
