This is an awesome store! I didn't even know they existed until I was researching a rare combination of guitar features. Not only did they have it but the store personell were extremely courteous and helpful.
Significantly better than Guitar Center. I made the mistake of going to La Mesa’s Guitar Center in San Diego for the last three years. Consistently the worst customer service I’ve ever had. The employees working the floor cannot seem to help but display misplaced ego with what they “know”, and treat customers that are spending significant amounts of money like they are beneath them musically. I am always blown away by the willingness of the staff to help out. Heather in San Diego is the coolest! They know their gear and are available for any questions. Highly recommend Sam Ash!
Thanks for being here in San Diego. I needed a new drum throne and My RocNsoc needed replacement. I can still repair it later, but had no time to order parts before my gig. I talked to Andrew about other products that could help me be more comfortable. He recommended the Ahead Spinal glide throne. Boy that felt good in the seat even after a long day. Thanks guys for holding it for me over the weekend till I could pick it up. Bring on the drums !
