Came in for a service for my daughters saxophone and I did not know it would take 5 to 7 business days for the saxophone to return. With a special concert for my daughter on Wednesday John Jack Taubl and Mr Merrelo showed me traditional and exceptional service and came with a loaner just in time to make the concert without a miss of a beat! Thank you, thank you, thank you very much my friends! Sam Ash is the place to gooooo!!!

I'm on tour from MN and had the tubes blow out on my amp. Jordan set aside a set for me, let me come in and swap them out (which I know can be a pain) and even helped me out with the installation a bit. Really above and beyond anybody in the area.
