My experience there was very professional and I would recommend them to anyone. Megan Hernandez was wonderful, great attitude. pleasant, and attentive. If you need musical stuff,,,that's a great place to start, you won't need to go anywhere else.
I spend a fair amount of money in this store. a couple grand last year alone. Been a Sam Ash customer since the 80s. I really like the guitar repair center, I normally do my own work but sometimes I'm short of time or motivation, and I take my stuff here. Can't vouch for the Lee Road location, that's not my side of town.
I could not believe my eyes!!! This place is so cool!!!! My son plays saxophone and got a great deal on his alto sax. 2 years ago. He's very exited to learni the Tanner sax and many other types. As we walk inside, there is a nice young lady who greeted us and we feel welcome every time we visit. We highly recommended Sam Ash for any type of musical instrument you may need.

I don't typically buy high dollar items at any of these large chain stores. You can likely find better deals online (mostly with free shipping) without having to leave your house. However, I will buy strings, sticks, etc. But this isn't always the case, I just bought a rad gibson in store for a blowout price, Cheaper at this store than anywhere I found online. That was a first for me. Jeb was a cool sales guy too. Not pushy. I will likely be back.
