Sam Ash is my go to music store . It has been that way for a few years now. All the reps know me over there. We've managed to build a great relationship. The other day I went to guitar center for some strings, that was the worst experience ever... I ended up getting the wrong strings upon the advice of a rep who obviously did not care ... With a very nonchalant attitude. And when I returned the strings, they wouldn't accept them... Sam Ash all day!
We had our guitar repaired here by Rob. He was very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend using him. The price was very reasonable as well. We will definitely be returning customers.

I traded in some older bass gear for an upgrade to new Ampeg equipment. The sales rep Ron Cook in Orlando was very helpful in finding what I needed and giving me a fair price on my trade in equipment.
