Even after finding out that what I wanted had sold after I paid, their staff worked with me to make me happy. That extra service is always appreciated and I will be shopping Sam Ash first, particularly this location. Great staff.

Excelente lugar. Inmenso con mucha cantidad de instrumentos! Yo soy baterista, y en una Sucursal de Orlando Florida, el sector de baterías estaba bastante vacío (nada que ver a su casa matriz en New York). Igual entré, pregunté por Fernando (leí que era atento y amable) y realmente fue así. El redoblante, caja o snare que buscaba no estaba en stock, pero lo consiguió llamando a otra sucursal, recomiendo que los q vayan y no sepan hablar inglés lo ubiquen a Fernando. El resto de los vendedores parecen q están agotados de esta... read more
