Sam Ash is my go to music store . It has been that way for a few years now. All the reps know me over there. We've managed to build a great relationship. The other day I went to guitar center for some strings, that was the worst experience ever... I ended up getting the wrong strings upon the advice of a rep who obviously did not care ... With a very nonchalant attitude. And when I returned the strings, they wouldn't accept them... Sam Ash all day!
We had our guitar repaired here by Rob. He was very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend using him. The price was very reasonable as well. We will definitely be returning customers.
I traded in some older bass gear for an upgrade to new Ampeg equipment. The sales rep Ron Cook in Orlando was very helpful in finding what I needed and giving me a fair price on my trade in equipment.
Ray really went out of his way to take care of me and make sure I got the best price available. His attention ti detail was impeccable.

We upgraded our daughter's performance equipment and the staff could not have gone much further to make sure we were getting exactly what was needed. Sam Ash - great experience, highly knowledgeable pros. They went out of their way to help me twice and made sure everything was going well.
