I had a problem with my acoustic electric guitar cutting out when plugged in. I was in a bind due to an upcoming gig. I initially went to Guitar center in Winter Park because they said they had repair techs on sight. Not the case. They They said they had a tech starting on Tuesday. It was the Friday before. My friend and I went into Sam Ash hoping to purchase a starter ukulele, but we got so much more. We expierenced excellent customer service. We were immediately greeted by Josh Lyons with a warm smile and a friendly hello. He walked us over to the ukulele section and asked a few questions about what we were looking for.
