The sales force at my local Sam Ash is great! They recognize that I may not buy some big thing every time I visit, but always treat me with respect and interest. Unlike the other big music store where folks who do not look like rock and roll good are treated with distain. I do but things at Sam Ash, and find my visits there to be very enjoyable. Great prices, great service. I like that
I used to work for this company for about 10 years, so some might say my feedback would be a little bias, however i tell ya that these guys have some great employees and managers staffing their stores. I recently helped a friend of mine get the items purchased from the orlando stores and Brooks, Jude, Surrendra and Wally all took care of us superbly. I also purchased a classical guitar and had it shipped to NY to my best friend for her birthday. Thank you all and Thank you John Franzeles for having a great team.
As a teacher, I can always count on Sam Ash to have the books I need. Never been disappointed.

Nothing unpleasant about our visit. Sataff was friendly and accommodating, efficient. We called ahead as we are from Jacksonville and we're in and out in a short time. Great visit!

Sam Ash on Lee road is the most pleasant, friendliest and least judgemental music store around. I'm not too good at guitar, but I do love it. I can go to Sam Ash and not feel awkward or put down like at other stores They have a great selection and very knowledgeable staff.
