These guys really care. It's always inviting when you walk in and the staff has the right balance of being there for you and letting you do your thing. If someone isn't up your butt and you need assistance, just ask and you shall receive. Super knowledgeable and not pushy. Great selection and can get you nearly everything if they don't have it, and quick! This is the way every music store in town should operate.

The entire staff is courteous and the return / exchange policy is awesome The Lee Road location is my store of choice

Wally and Tyler in guitars have went above and beyond to help me get what I needed each time I've visited. They are knowledgeable and courteous.
