Chris was very responsive over the phone, followed-through on the order, called when the small accordion was in the store, and received us at the store for pick up promptly. He knew when to be helpful and when to give us privacy! He asked what else we might need and was accommodating. We wish all sales reps in all stores would be as personable and service oriented.
