I originally went into the store to purchase a Yamaha synthesizer that I had done research on previously. Everyone working in the store were really friendly and nice. While I was in the keyboard department, I was drawn to the stand-up digital pianos. I sat down at one piano and fell in love with it instantly. Then I played 6 others and knew that's what I wanted- a Yamaha digital piano. A great salesman named Dillon came to assist me and described the features of each piano and what the differences were. It was fantastic! I called Sam Ash for an accessory for my piano and a very nice representative in the store helped me. They didn't have the part in store but he ordered it for me and had it shipped to my house the next day. I received tracking details all along the way and received the part the very next day. It was so easy! I'm a very satisfied and happy customer! I have always had great experiences at Sam Ash music stores!
