The staff was awesome they explained me Everything about the music the stuff I bought and my son take piano lesson the teacher is great
Customer service was beyond amazing!!!! Got in and out without the associates trying to haggle me into something that I didn't need. I was sold what I want for an excellent price. And even walked out with a drum set that I wasn't expecting to buy. That's how great this store is.
Amazing instructor Jeff Bowen,so patient with kids and got my child to love music and be excited about his instrument#Wonderful staff that works together and is very helpful and kind.Cant say enough about this place!Fve stars!!

Daniel in the drums section at the Lee Rd, Orlando location was very nice and helpful.
As a musician I visit music stores often all over central Florida. Depends where i find myself and what I'm looking for. But i rather enjoy visiting Sam ash in winter park. Daniel in drums is a cool dude and i enjoy talking drums and life. It's not often you meet a salesperson who actually knows how to be a human being as well.
Sam Ash is my "go to" store for all my student's books.
My experience at Sam Ash is always a pleasant one 9 out of 10 times you have the product I'm looking for. And Billy goes above and beyond every time still a loyal customer.
I had an emergency during a recording producing sesion when my Samson sub woofer started to intermittently cut out....(15yrs old). I didn't have time to send it off for repair, I looked on your web sight your Samson open box deal was a great find And a fair price. The sales clerc was helpfull and got me out fast and back in business. The new sub woofer sounds great Thanks sam ash im good to go.
