Awesome store with great selections and Amazing staff. Extra special thanks to Greg and Eddie at the Sarasota Florida store for all their help and patients with me. I love the store and they have a lot of instruments and electronics to try out. My only complaint is that for Christmas my girlfriend bought me a used flute and I found out it had some leaky pads. I went to see if I could exchange it for what she paid for it and buy a better flute and they refused. They had told her i could exchange it when she'd bought it. Perhaps she should have got it in writing.

Excellent group of people at the Sarasota store - they always have a great selection of new and used guitars as well. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome when you walk in the door. I like that they show you all the new and used guitars that just came in. I just bought a like new ESP Eclipse guitar and got a great deal on it - very happy with the purchase. Make sure you stop in and check them out !
