My first contact with Sam Ash Music Stores this past Saturday (August 12, 2017) by phone. I spoke to Grant Frazier an associate in the Sarasota, Florida store. I called to inquire about piano keyboards. He was very professional and spent time explaining keyboards and lessons offered by Sam Ash. His voice was enthusiastic and friendly.
