Been there many times in the winter months when we snowbirds are there. The staff is very friendly and helpful, even for senior citizens. Always find what I need and am always helped with a smile.

The staff was very friendly and actually act like they really want to help. They know their stuff too which is a major plus. I had never been there before but would go again in a heartbeat whenever I needed sound equipment or advice. They even gave me a card and told me to call them if I had a any trouble setting up the equipment I purchased. It was a great first impression!

Ian was great. He gave me a lot of information and made me feel very comfortable in a world that I know little to nothing about. If my daughter continues with band I will definitely return to this store.
