First time here and it was like a dream. Steve(Steven? The receipt says Josh 🤷🏾) was the only one working the guitar area and he pulled it off. My brother found his very first guitar and I found my very first ukulele. Will definitely be back.

I bought a guitar I really didn't have any business buying while I was still learning. It warped and the neck twisted and they (the manager was Scott...? I hope I got that right) replaced it for me. That was my first experience with their luthier, Wendell. Wendell is the "Dr. House" of guitars (with all due respect) lol. This guy knows it all, takes the time to explain not only what you're doing or did wrong, but WHY and how not to do it again. Sam Ash is my go-to music store. Besides the fact they will match any on-line price (and will often reduce price just by asking), there is still something special about the experience of visiting a physical store to discover and play around with gear. Baron is my man in guitars at Atlanta’s Cobb Pkwy location if you are in that area - they have a sound stage set up for weekend jams! Love that! Thanks to Sam Ash!
