I ordered a silent brass (trumpet) for my son to use. He has wanted one for a long time and we live in a apartment complex so it makes it hard to practice without bothering all the neighbors. We received it within 4 days of the purchase and it works great! I would highly recommend SamAsh for your music needs.
I went to Sam Ash to buy a new D'Angelico guitar because they had repaired my son's guitar and had done a professional job at a reasonable price. My buying experience exceeded my expectations. No pressure, I was allowed to play the guitar and other guitars as long as I wanted, and the advice I received regarding the different guitars was based upon experience from players who work at the store. And, I got the best deal in town, or anywhere I could find on the internet.
I will echo the previous review. These guys are super helpful and patient. My son visited the store over 2 months to find his guitar, sometimes staying for hours. They were not arrogant nor did they discount his opinions or abilities. They even helped me with the return of Ernie Ball Paradigms because I was having issues with the website. Barron is the main rep that assisted us but every one of them was great. One rep was leaving so he introduced another rep to us. Top notch customer service! My favorite music supply store. They are always helpful and knowledgeable. Jerry is the best repairman for my son's saxophone and he has a great personality! One of the sales guys ( I believe his name is Deven ) is always informative and helpful. The prices are great and they always have what we need.
