If i didn't have guitar knowledge they would've sold me a lemon, then they said they'd help fix the problem, but didn't. - So i bought an Epiphone 50's les paul standard from them - mostly because of the neck profile, when i took it home i was going to mark where the truss rod was for future adjustments, It slid out! So i called to tell them i was going to return it. They said they would have a replacement for me set up and ready. The sales person I special ordered a guitar from failed to call me after it came in. He said in would take about a week. I called the store after a week and it wasn't there. I called the store after 2 1/2 weeks to find it had arrive several days before my call. But, once I went to the store the staff was really helpful with my trade-ins, and made that part of the experience very good.
I am sorry the Buffalo Grove store representative was Karl not Greg. Karl was the represent who exceeded my expectations with his customer service...
Not too bad, had to wait a minute or two before I could get someone to help me, and the string packs were marked $8.69 but rang up as $9.29 or thereabouts.
