Great Manager and sales people
I had a BAD experience at GC and visited the Buffalo Grove store right after. I met a Luther/Salesman Alex there who turned me onto the Breedlove brand. After doing extensive research and visiting many guitar stores, looking for lefty, I just ordered a Breedlove Pursuit CE LH after they found one in Fl. Just picked it up from Jake Thursday night, and I can't put it down! Thanks guys

I wouldn't change much, the staff was friendly and there is always reasonably priced options. Hands down they have Doug, the best guitar tech I have ever used. I don't even flinch when I know I have to drive 45 minutes to get to Sam Ash Buffalo Grove
