This is two home runs in a row... First was getting my son's clarinet tuned up, which went very well. Returned 3 years later to buy a percussion set for my daughter. Staff here is not only knowledgeable, but also very friendly and helpful. Ended up buying a very gently used set, that beats paying high monthly payments. Thank You,
The people who work at the BG Sam Ash have treated me like a member of the band since I first walked in the door. Everyone there is always friendly and helpful. They are also very knowledgeable, and have great technicians for maintenance and repairs. I have bought a majority of my guitar gear from here and get their service plan for string changes and adjustments because they keep it in like new condition. I highly recommend this store for all your instrument needs.
