Excellent Service and appreciate for the hospitality.
I am very satisfied in the way they handled my phone calls. The first as to the whereabouts of my first order (an Epiphone Les Paul Custom Koa). And the second to cancel that order. Very calm friendly professional. The Epiphone Les Paul Modern I got instead was packaged nicely. I had no issues setting it up. Electronics work and it's a very nice guitar IMHO for $650.

The 5 stars is for the people who work there. Specifically JD and Jason, I can't say enough about my experience working with them. Yes they want to make a sale, yes they want compensation so they can live indoors and eat food for survival just like everyone who works, salesmen also have basic human needs and people shouldn't expect them to work for free.
