Jeff and Chris Donnelly at the Cincinnati store took really good care of me and I got more than I needed.
Products are great. Prices are reasonable. Willing to negotiate some and price match. Sales people are friendly, attentive, helpful, knowledgeable, and most are musicians too. This was my fifth guitar from Sam Ash in as many years. Great place to shop and buy instruments.
Came in to buy a power supply and patch cables for pedals. Was prepared to check out and the employee at the register told me about a product with a better price. We started talking about gear and before you know it, he was looking up availability of a guitar i've been looking for. He found one and agreed to get it to our location if and when i wanted it. Nice! This place has always been the proverbial "Candy Store" for me. I go to the others but when i want to buy, i go to Samash.

Had exactly what I wanted. Didn’t have to wait long to get an associate. The associate was super friendly and knowledgeable and gave me a good deal on my pedal.
As a beginner with Dj’ing equipment, the guys have been very patient when I ask questions (some the same) and with the best quality for my purchase expense goals.
Brett took extra time to answer my questions and he supplied valuable advice to help me choose the right products for my function.
I found myself in need of some power tubes fast.I called Sam ash talked to Christopher, he checked if they were in stock.Good news they have them and wound set them aside for me. I said thanks i'll be there in about 30 min. Made my day
