My name is Dave Makowski. I live in Philadelphia and recently purchased a "Used" 2014 Fender American Standard Stratocaster Ebony Maple Neck from "Ryan" at the Sam Ash Music Cincinnati, Ohio Store. I wanted to BE SURE Ryan is recognized for working out the pricing, making sure everything was packaged professionally, and ensuring my new guitar arrived safely. Ryan was a pleasure to work with and during the several phone calls. Ryan was extremely patient with me when Synchrony Bank financing was bit rocky, returned my phone calls immediately when he was unavailable to speak, and provided me with an outstanding instrument with top 'O the line service. 5 Stars and give that man a raise!!!!! I went to the store looking for a hard shell case for a very different guitar a Conrad Bison Baritone 67 and the employee spent a great deal of time with me trying very hard and going to the back room many times to find one that would fit this crazy long guitar his name was Jeff and he was great l told him l was going to try Guitar Center the experience was completely the opposite l went up to the counter where two employees were standing there talking and me with guitar in hand stood there for what seemed forever and never was acknowledged an employee saw l was getting upset and came to help but he was not a salesperson he was the lessons coordinator he also tried to no avail l live about two miles from both stores but for me there’s only one Guitar Center is off my list by the way l collect and have many guitars Guitar Center big mistake!
