The people that work at Sam Ash were all very helpful and knowledgeable. I felt like whatever it was I was looking to get or whatever problem needed solving, they could do it! The sales associate in the orchestra department, Kaleb F. was particularly helpful. I just started on sax. He walked me through several things to help figure out the issues I was having, and gave me some good suggestions on what gear to get that would be the most helpful to me. He really took me under his wing. Good people!

I've been shopping at this Sam Ash location for over a decade and have never had a bad experience. I've received excellent customer service on every visit. The staff aren't pushy, but they are very knowledgeable and have never made me feel inferior for asking questions. I've also never picked up a piece of gear and wondered who had been bouncing it off the floor like some other places I've been.
