I called the Sam Ash store in Srpngdale, Ohio and they had what I needed in stock (alto sax lyre, music folio, and reeds). My items were waiting for me when I arrived at the store. The sales associate (the same one I had spoken to on the phone) was very helpful, professional, and courteous. I would recommend Sam Ash to anyone looking for anything musical.1

At first, it took awhile for an employee to wait on me. I was beginning to think it was because I am a female. Then about 5 minutes later, 2 employees helped me purchase a used guitar.

I have fantastic experience with Sam Ash store here in Cincinnati. All the employees are courteous and helpful. Gerald is very experienced and very knowledgeable person. He knew what I needed and right away he got me and all the questions I had he gave me answers. Explained me everything and easy way. I always recommend Sam Ash to my family and friends.
