I brought my old acoustic guitar in to be restringed for my daughter and Ryan did an outstanding job, even cleaning it up for her as we chatted about Star Wars and movies. A+ customer service every time we go here, unlike Guitar Center!

Wonderful service. Salesman did lots of research for the mic I needed to replace. Ended up trading in my old unit for an entire new one! Would highly recommend the Springdale, OH store.
