The staff is kind and professional. I bought my Fender almost 2 years ago, and I received a courtesy call reminding me that I never had my guitar set up and that my warranty was about to expire. I took my guitar in on June 14 and was told to expect it in about 10 days. I called about the 10 mark and was told to expect an additional 14 due to the guitar tech was out. I can't say enough about Sam Ash in Cleveland. I recently purchased a Tama Starclassic BB drum kit (special order) from Sam Ash. After reading many reviews on line I settled on what I believed was the drum kit I wanted but first I personally needed to play them to justify the cost, this was a $3,000 - $4,000 investment. I contacted 4 different music store chains trying to find someone that had in stock this top of the line kit that I could physically play. No one had them in stock but an employee at Sam Ash in Cleveland offe... read more
