I was look for a piano/voice book. The representative from your store in Lyndhurst Ohio was very helpful (Robert)? He was very persistent about finding the exact book that I needed. The price was right. Then! Kristi? Did a nice job taking care of ringing up the sale and signing me onto the customer mailing list. Hope to return again soon.

The sales staff at Sam Ash Music Store in Mayfield Heights is always very helpful and courteous. They do a great job in helping a customer and they know the answers to questions about musical instruments, sheet music and all of the items they sell. It is a pleasure to shop in their store.
I'm not a musician, but needed some guitar picks for another purpose. After help finding the section, I had a fun check out experience - nice chat and some laughs. If I ever decide to fulfill my dream of playing guitar, this is the place that I will get my gear.
