Great customer service! We stopped by looking for a Clarinet for my 11 yr old daughter who is extreamly shy and Kristina was so understanding even let us try it out in a back room! Now shes a proud owner of a Clarinet and even started playing a song out of her new book! Thank you!

These guys are great! I went up there yesterday with my son to buy violin strings. While we were there, we did some browsing in the guitar section. The sales guy offered to let my son plug in one of the guitars to an amp and try it out. While my son doesn't know much about guitars, he was quite interested in trying out an electric violin. The sales guy went way beyond the call of duty to get my son set up...and made his day! We were there for quite some time. Thank you so much! We will be back!

I visited Sam Ash on Friday and sold my son's drum from 5th grade I've been storing for 5 years. The staff was very nice.
Just bought my third guitar at the Lyndhurst store. Great service from guys who know their stuff. Never a hassle trying anything out and zero pressure. Great selection. Every time I walk in there I find something I "need".
