Not forceful at all. Welcoming. Didn't feel like a criminal when walking around the store.. like Walmart. Musician was cool. An actual guitar player. More than happy to help, inform and share knowledge and higher end guitars. The 2 guys in the shop.. I like and see as true music guys are this dude... and the guy in acoustics. I love the freedom of music they can play in the guitar areas. When I come back in to purchase higher end product.. I will buy from those two.
