It was a great experience over all! The salesclerk was professional, kind, friendly and courteous! He was helping several people at one time so he was on his toes but handled each customer with professionalism. The store seemed short handed that day but I got all my questions answered and got my products ordered and bought without a hitch.

The Madison location is my favorite store. The employees are so attentive and knowledgeable, especially Nick in the guitar area. Nick always offer other services and products of Sam Ash. Great staff!
This place was awesome! There were multiple people that there if you needed help, and you weren't just lingering around trying to look for things. Everyone was very knowledgeable, and if one person couldn't answer something, they would introduce you to someone that could!
