I have done business with this company for over 15 years, every time they exceed my expectations. Good products, great customer service and above all no pressure by sales personnel following you around.
Took the time and effort to save me money and reassure me everything was copacetic.
I was able to find what I was looking for very easily, but I waited at the check out counter for over 5 minutes before someone come to check me out. Friendly staff.
Staff was courteous and helpful but in no hurry. It took a lot longer to get out of there than it should have.

I was looking forward to trying out the new Sabian cymbals as seen online and at NAMM. The store had none of these cymbals.
