Customer service with a smile and associates who know their business has always been the standard for as long as I have been shopping at Sam Ash.......and that's a long time. Keep up the good work. Maybe you can incorporate a birthday discount for those who are registered.

Best customer service....the guitar tech in Dallas did an amazing job.
Very friendly and helpful staff. They had the guitarvin stock that Guitar Center had back ordered for another 2 months. Then they matched my GC coupon. Great!!!
Make the lesson waiting room more comfortable. Have coffee, tea, hot chocolate, etc for those who wait (invest in a Keurig coffee maker). Rotate regularly the videos to watch ( King Kong has been showing for at least 4 months straight).
Nothing, employees were friendly and displayed great people skills.
