Greeted by a friendly face when I walked in....unlike the nearby super store. Found what I was looking for, plus a few things I found while shopping. Staff was great! Store is great. On line is the way these days but go to a real store where you can actually play the instrument before you buy. We NEED brick and morter stores!!!!! And Sam Ash is as good as it gets!

Found a professional bass at clarinet at Sam Ash, while searching online for a step up instrument for my high school daughter. They were happy to let her play it. I returned the next day to purchase it. Kelly answered all of my questions, and told me the back story on the horn. I had my youngest son with me, who has special needs. Kelly was so kind and understanding toward him, interacted with him, answered his questions about various instruments in the store, and suggested an upcoming Tuba concert he might be interested in.... read more
