Excellent customer service! The manufacturer of the instrument has mad changes to the produce which did not necessarily mirror that of the manufacturer's website (bridge/fret boards/neck were different color). Recommended by Ted Rackley and I could not be happier! Jesse (in guitars) hooked me up with all the basic guitar gear for my 6 year old. He also hooked us up with a set of bongos for my 4 year old who we did not expect to get anything for, but were amazed at his enthusiasm at the demo drum kits he whaled on in-store. We're so happy with the experience we are returning soon to return the bongos but upgrade to a full (miniature) drum kit for my 4 year old! Great job! My budding musicians love Sam Ash!
