RecommendedI have always had the best of service at Sam Ash, San Antonio. I am a repeat customer because of salesman David Christoph. He is knowledgeable, has good advice and is so patient. I’m an older man and need a little extra time to talk, explore and think. David is really good working with me. I have been very pleased with his suggestions and my purchases with David’s help. My son is also a repeat purchaser with David’s help. I’m quite sure I will return to Sam Ash in San Antonio even though that means a 175 mile one way trip.
We love Sean, who is always friendly and helpful. He answered all of our questions and helped us find yet another guitar for our grandson for his birthday.
Took my son to look for some practice sticks for his new adventure into drumming, just only started lessons. Greatest place ever! The place is set up pretty easy to find your passion and in a professional way. The best part of the whole experience were the polite people working there! Sam Ash San Antonio has the best drum specialist in the world..DRUMBO. he's absolutely top notch. he knows what you want and what you need and always always always treats you with kindness and courtesy. i did business at guitar center once and once was enough. they're assholios there. i was in Sam Ash last week for a new cymbal. Drumbo picked the exact one i needed and not only that, because he had heard me mention my arthritis, he showed me some good stretches to do before playing. wow!! who else would do that?!
