I love visiting Sam Ash. Everything you need or ever needed is all right there within reach. Great professional musicians that know their gear in all the departments. It's like one big music store Mall. Just walking in seeing the product and the huge soundstage is like a kid in a candy store. Gotta Love it. ..
Sam Ash has been my first choice since they opened in San Antonio. I have other music stores that I visit, but this is usually where I start my search. If they don't have what I'm looking forward, they can usually order it or they'll tell me where I can find it.

Exellent staff, John who assisted my daughter with her violin was very nice and kind. Better customer service than Guitar Center by far...
Great open and airy atmosphere at Sam Ash. The staff is very helpful, courteous and it's obvious they enjoy what they do. Guitar re-strung and polished in no time.
