This was my first time dealing with Sam Ash and it definitely was one of the best buying experiences I’ve ever encountered. My sales representative, Felipe Soto was exceptional. He made my purchase stress free, he was very patient, never pushed to buy and his follow up was beyond better. I will definitely deal with Felipe again.
I walked in with no experience in guitars, yet wanting to learn. The employee that ended up helping me was very informative, and helpful. Over the course of the next 2 weeks the same employee ended up helping me pick out a complete setup to learn. I will definitely be a long term customer after this great experience.
The sales reps were courteous and very helpful. The store had a nice, inviting energy.
I was over charged at Alamo music center downtown and I decided to get a second opinion. I ended up spending more up front because I purchase again what I needed yet within a week I obtained my refund from Alamo music. Thank you for the lively spirit at the guitar section.
