Highly disrespectful employees who are rude. I wouldn’t spent a dime here.
Only giving one star due to the recovery of customer service I experienced from the wind department. The CSR Phil Salazar was very unfriendly, rushing people put as if he had something more important to do on the computer instead, this guy needs some serious retraining or to be let go because his rudeness nearly lost you a customer and O wouldn’t be surprised if i am the only one. The staff was very friendly and so helpful. Was looking into some accessories for my son's saxophone and a young man helped me throughout the store. Found everything I needed here and prices were very reasonable.
Great selection, friendly folks. Even have a queue of stands to return instruments to after you try them so they can be sanitized for the next guest. Good forethought & procedures during these COVID times.
The salespeople at this store are absolute thieves. Please be careful to check if your purchase already has a warranty and if they do, do NOT purchase their extra warranty. I left after my purchase thinking I had an extra year should anything happen to my mic set and here I am two years later being talked down to by a service person/manager as if I were two years old. I would never trust this place again. I feel completely taken advantage of.
Came in to the San Antonio store for the first time last Friday during my lunch break to buy some new heads for my kit. I was so excited to see all these drum kits in one place, I told my self that this is gonna be my new spot for drum stuff .. after standing by the drum heads for about 25 minutes, it was clear that no one really cares to help me or even say hello by the way the employees just walked by me like I wasn’t there ..
