Some Pretty cool catz, always got nice prices. they are really fair with trade ins as well
Horrible experience. I was totally ignored while standing at the counter waiting to pay. The cashier had no problem acknowledging another customer who looked different. I will never purchase anythi g from this place. I'll take my business elsewhere. Big lost, huge.

I called Guitar Center to price and check availability of couple of sets of Rotosound Billy Sheehan bass strings and then Sam Ash. Sam Ash said they were in stock and would beat Guitar Center's price. Well I only had enough time at lunch from work to make it to one and picked the better deal Sam Ash, get there and guess what? Yep, they were out after just telling me they had plenty in stock. So I had to play a four hour gig with dead strings praying they would not break. Asked to get my guitar set-up. I thought that 80 dollars plus strings was already pricey, but stupidly agreed anyway. The guy there does additional work that I didn't need done in the first place charges 120 plus tax total. My guitar had dead frets all over and wasn't even playable after the set up. I took it somewhere else and got it set up again for 35 bucks which was what I should've done in the first place. This location is full of morons and scammers don't shop here.

Went in to purchase an acoustic guitar, no sales person ever went into the acoustic area. Was there for around 30 mins walked out checked out the boards and went back and agian no one was around. So I left and went and purchased the guitar at a different music center. Were I was helped with in the first 10 mins. Don't get me wrong love Sam ash just first time this happens.
