The customer service and price were great. However, when I received the guitar it was poorly boxed, the pick guard has scratches on it and there is a small ding in the body. I thought I was getting a new guitar but it looks like it was the display model. All things considered it’s in good shape and I am happy with the product. More care should be taken shipping products. I am lucky that it arrived in one piece.
